Requirements :

The Maintenance Person / Janitor assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. You must be at least 18 to apply for this position. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to : OVERALL CLEANLINESS

• Overall cleanliness of inside and outside of restaurant
• Maintaining and cleaning restrooms
• Maintaining equipment
• Customer Service
• Take care of trash
• Maintaining vat cleanliness (filtering)
