DB2 DBA Consultant (Tallahassee)

Job Title : DB2 DBA

Job Location : Tallahassee, FL (on-site given priority, remote is possible)

Job Duration : Contract through June + extensions

Job Tasks and Activities :

• Daily operational and database administration activities
• Plan, design, implement, support for database structures
• Conduct database performance monitoring and tuning
• Develop and maintain database administration procedures and documentation
• Perform SQL Code reviews
• Assist with training / mentoring other technical staff This resource may also be required to perform other database or infrastructure activities as requested

Required Experience :

The candidate must have skill and 15 years combined experience in database administration for the following database platforms :
