Expectations For Licensed Service Agents :

• Actively shopping our client renewal accounts to ensure that we are always providing updated coverage and the best rates available.
• Demonstrate active listening, rapport building, empathy and solutions-focused problem solving when engaging with customers.
• Creating and advising personalized insurance proposals based on the needs of the client.
• Providing professional consultations with clients for their service needs.
• Effectively identifying other needs in client conversations so we can connect with our other departments to assist.
• Identifying claims situations and addressing with empathy, urgency and solutions-focused problem solving for our clients.
• Retain continuous awareness of workflow and keep activity notations in compliance with agency procedures.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
• Follow and apply policies and procedures for sales, notation and follow up processes.
