As a new Breakfast Chef at Steamboat Inn LLC, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment each morning. Your day will begin early, typically starting around 6 AM, where you’ll prepare a variety of breakfast items, including made-to-order dishes, pastries, and seasonal specialties. Attention to detail and presentation will be key as you plate meals that delight our guests.
You will collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Expect to be flexible, as weekends and holidays are our busiest times, with a focus on providing a memorable dining experience for all guests. Your role will also include managing inventory, assisting with menu planning, and occasionally stepping in to help with other kitchen tasks as needed.
