Position Summary :
The ORV Color & Graphics Team is responsible for managing the development and execution of colors and graphics projects for ORV products each model year. The Project Leader is responsible for leading all aspects of developing and executing the plans for each model year, as well as providing direct supervision for other members of the ORV Color & Graphics Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying project management and stakeholder management to the planning and execution of multiple projects at once. This person also enjoys using their strong communication skills to drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment along with coaching, teaching, and mentoring others.
Responsibilities :
Ensures that all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and achieved; manages programs through the execution of ORV colors and graphics projects for all platforms. Lead cross-functional program teams to meet project schedule, cost, quality, durability, performance, and reliability requirements. Responsible for the overall success of the program color and graphics launch. Leads completion of PDP deliverables related to colors and graphics development, and Milestone follow-up actions. Facilitates graphics review cadence from kickoff through 3D reviews, with in-person attendance when necessary. Initiates / monitors / manages validation for new colored finishes and graphics materials; manages mitigation strategies for high-risk content. Leads decal development from concept to production, including part creation, approval, and release of drawings / kits. Coordinates with suppliers to ensure validation and release of decals meet critical build deadlines. Leads the implantation of change in material / design from manufacturing feedback through scope changes, CCB, etc. Prepares and coordinates engineering change orders on modifications to decal parts. Oversees and adjusts bills of material to reflect model aesthetics resulting from Graphics Review Milestones. Monitors schedules and expedites as necessary to ensure on-time delivery for pre-production builds. Supports pilot builds in-person to monitor builds and provide direction and / or training to line as needed. Supports manufacturing and quality problems relating to materials, dimensions, tolerances, and color verification. Own and track project and program finances including labor, tooling, and expenses, along with other critical metrics. Regularly report out on status. Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business setting with strong process orientation, with 2 years of project management experience, including Polaris product development.
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $76,000 to $100,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
