Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Pain Management

Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  with an emphasis in primary care and pain management, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Job Summary

• Overview : Responsible for the management of all medical care for patients to include the provision of medical treatment and advice to patients as indicated. Provides medical treatment for patients with chronic pain in a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary pain program.   Responds to emergencies, encourages health maintenance, and monitors patient progress.

• Work Schedule : To Be Determined with the availability of 8 : 00 am 6 : 00 pm Monday through Friday. Typically, four 10- hour shifts per week. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on position requirements.

Nurse Practitioner

Possession of a valid DEA number.
