️ Job Opening : Foreman – Concrete Coatings | Fortress Floors GA

Location : Southeast Georgia

Pay : Starting at $25 / hour (based on experience)

Type : Full-Time

Fortress Floors GA, the region’s leading concrete coating company, is looking for a Foreman to join our growing team. If you’re a hands-on leader with epoxy or similar coating experience and a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage crews on residential and commercial coating projects
• Oversee surface preparation, mixing, and application of epoxy and polyurea coatings
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of each job
• Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
