Service Technician

Pay range offered is $24-$42 flat rate.

Schedule : May include some Saturdays, schedule to be discussed at interview

From the at home mechanic who dabbles in automotive maintenance on their own car, to certified technicians with years of experience We are looking to expand our growing service team by adding a service technician!!! What You'll Do :

  • Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
  • Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (used car or pre-owned experience preferred)
  • ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a strong plus
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Dependability, efficiency, and attention to detail

    • Responsibilities :

    As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for completing assigned services and / or repairs in an efficient and effective manner, providing workmanship that displays pride and quality.

  • Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
  • Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
  • Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures / results.

    • Qualifications :

  • Time Management- ability to manage one's own.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude and drive to be in the automotive industry.
  • Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
  • This is a driving position that requires an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
