Roxborough Memorial Hospital , a 131-bed community hospital in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team and support our Senior Behavioral Health Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to provide compassionate inpatient psychiatric care in a collaborative, well-supported hospital environment. Position Highlights Employment : Hospital-employed role with full administrative and clinical support Practice : Solo practice with APP and Telepsychiatry support Patient Population : Adults aged 65 seeking voluntary inpatient behavioral health care Unit : 24-bed inpatient unit dedicated to geriatric behavioral health Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM Call : Minimal; no regular call, but occasional weekend phone consults Treatments : No ECT, TMS, or ketamine services required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with production-based bonus Comprehensive health insurance (self-funded EPO / HMO plan at no cost to the provider) 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice insurance coverage About Roxborough Memorial Hospital Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 131-bed community hospital serving the Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, and Northwest Philadelphia communities for over a century.
