Job Duties :

• Deliver materials and parts to job sites in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support physical inventory counts, ensuring all items are accurately recorded, organized, and accounted for.
• Assist with morning workflow, helping field technicians get out of the shop efficiently and fully supplied.
• Verify technicians have the parts and materials needed for scheduled jobs and same-day service calls.
• Review and verify pricing on purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, including follow-ups on orders, availability, and delivery status.
• Receive and check inbound products, ensuring items match packing slips, purchase orders, and internal records.
• Assist with fleet management
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by management.
