Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Mental Health Clinician
to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a key member of our Behavioral Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our diverse patient population.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and participating in intensive outpatient programs. You will also have the opportunity to screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders, as well as provide treatment using evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
In addition to your clinical work, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic medical records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in the state of practice
