Our Consulting Directors are responsible for high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management. You will manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how ERP technology enables a wide range of business outcomes in higher education.

Key responsibilities include :

• Lead large-scale ERP modernization programs for higher education institutions.
• Drive thought leadership and client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee strategy and implementation phases, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of ERP offerings and growth of the practice.
• Manage multiple priorities and inspire high-performing teams.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 166,000 USD - 201,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
