Responsibilities Service Technician :

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles

Ensure compliance with Ford standards and dealership quality expectations

Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Support team goals and contribute to customer satisfaction

Qualifications / Requirements :

Honda experience is a plus!

A-Level Technicians : Advanced diagnostic skills, ASE certifications preferred, strong experience with complex repairs

B-Level Technicians : Solid mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and moderate repairs, willingness to grow into advanced responsibilities

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
