Full-Scope General Dentistry | Experienced Candidates Only | Strong Clinical Support

A well-established dental practice in Richmond, VA is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic General Dentist to join their team full-time. This is a modern, fully equipped office offering comprehensive general dentistry services.

About the Position

Full-time schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Must have prior clinical experience; no new graduates (including residency-trained)
One hygienist seeing ~15 patients / day and three dental assistants (option to hire a fourth if needed)
Full-scope general dentistry with a steady patient base

Compensation & Benefits

32% of collections

All lab fees covered by the practice

Additional earning potential explained during the interview process once monthly collections reach $60K-$70K
