Key Responsibilities Modernize existing platforms and initiate AI-powered refactor initiatives Ship measurable upgrades and mentor a team of engineers Lead the development of new services and champion continuous experimentation with AI tools Required Qualifications 5-15 direct / indirect reports led in a high-scale SaaS or B2B environment Proven success in modernizing large Java systems and introducing new architectures Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling Deep familiarity with cloud-native DevOps and automated testing practices Strong change-management skills to inspire diverse engineering teams
