Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic FloatPoolRNto join our team.You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other whileprovidingexcellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.You will have the unique ability to float between several differentareasacross the nursing spectrum.

Whatwill youdo in this role :

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

Provideplan basedcare with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements :

2yearsof recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

BSN is preferred
