We are seeking an Analyst PM / Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve supporting Agile project delivery facilitating team communication managing testing activities and ensuring seamless reporting and coordination across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies testing / reconciliation data analysis and strong communication across technical and business teams.

Job Description

The Analyst PM / Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting project execution within an Agile environment ensuring effective communication coordination and delivery of technical initiatives. As an Analyst PM / Business Analyst you will manage cross-functional interactions assist in meeting facilitation oversee test execution and support project reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile processes familiarity with JIRA and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Analyst PM / Business Analyst supporting Agile delivery teams and ensuring alignment across leads and stakeholders.

Work extensively with Agile delivery methodologies and JIRA for tracking progress and managing workflows.

Facilitate meetings lead discussions prepare PowerPoint report-outs and interface with technical and product leads.

Execute test cycles including parallel testing data reconciliations and discrepancy analysis.

Investigate reconciliation mismatches analyze data from multiple sources eliminate false positives identify true issues and communicate findings to Product teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and testing errors within established timelines.

Support documentation reporting and communication across project phases in the capacity of an Analyst PM / Business Analyst .

Requirements

7 10 years of experience preferably in tech or government-related projects.

USC or GC candidates only (Federal / Gov-con requirement).

U.S. Education preferred (particularly undergraduate).

Strong communication facilitation meeting leadership and presentation skills.

Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery with JIRA familiarity .

Experience in test execution parallel testing data reconciliation and issue identification.

Ability to research analyze troubleshoot and collaborate with product teams to resolve issues.

Tech project background is a plus.

Strong PowerPoint and reporting capabilities.
