As a Diesel Fleet Technician, your responsibilities will include :

Performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure they operate safely and efficiently

Conducting thorough diagnostics and repairs to address any issues or malfunctions

Working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance our operations

Required Skills and Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair; ASE certifications in medium / heavy-duty trucks and HVAC a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
