Role Overview :

As a Seasonal Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Collaborating closely with healthcare providers and the care team, your personalized, comprehensive care will contribute significantly to achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, swiftly identifying and communicating any changes.
• Perform medical procedures, monitoring, and other tasks as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions if there are unexpected reactions.
• Deliver excellent patient care by responding promptly to requests and anticipating patient needs proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care to ensure full understanding.
