NOC Shift Supervisor (Senior)

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a NOC Shift Supervisor (Senior) for an exciting opportunity located in Stennis Space Center, MS .

This project provides comprehensive support for Enterprise Monitoring (both CONUS and OCONUS) of Government systems including Critical Incident Management, Engineering and Infrastructure Implementation, Operational Support, end-to-end Performance Monitoring and Alerting, Dashboard development and Management, Reporting, and conducting Performance and Capacity Assessment, Monitoring, and Planning.

Job Description and Responsibilities

ESM is looking for a full-time NOC Shift Supervisor (Senior) who demonstrates the following capabilities and satisfies the Minimum Qualifications, Clearance, and Certification requirements. Employee responsibilities include :

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption
