California Licensed Loan Closer

A company is looking for a Correspondent Loan Closer and Purchaser.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, review, and finalize closing documents for correspondent loans in compliance with guidelines

Review correspondent loan packages for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with lenders and due diligence firms

Ensure timely purchase and funding of correspondent loans, resolving discrepancies as needed

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

2-5 years of mortgage industry experience, including at least 1 year in loan closing or purchasing

Direct experience with correspondent lending is required

Deep knowledge of mortgage documentation, compliance regulations, and investor guidelines

Proficiency with LOS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
