Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging of software applications or operating systems. As a Principal engineer on the team, you would be responsible to act as a tech-lead.

• UI Development Leadership : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Technical Expertise : Act as the go-to expert for UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices, ensuring the delivery of robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with UX designers, product managers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Code Quality and Standards : Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Innovation : Stay current with emerging UI / UX trends and technologies, and lead initiatives to integrate them into the development process.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize UI components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers. Tooling and Automation : Define and implement development tools, CI / CD pipelines, and testing frameworks to improve development efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate Experience working with geographically distributed teams Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications are significant plus.
