Pediatrics Physician

A hospital in western North Dakota has an opening for a Pediatrician to assist with locum coverage.

Opening Overview :

• Schedule : 24-hour call shifts, 7 days per month
• Level II nursery
• Patient Census : 2-3 per day
• Duties : Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, attend scheduled and emergent c-sections, admit / discharge newborns, admit / care for pediatric patients, and perform procedures
• Required Procedures : Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation / intubations / UVC, lumbar punctures
• Support Staff : Nurses, anesthesia, OB / GYNs, respiratory therapists, and local pediatricians
• EMR : Meditech
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, attend rodeos, fairs, and festivals, drive scenic routes through Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and explore a charming downtown.
