Regional Program Lead

A company is looking for a Regional Program Lead to oversee field operations and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee field operations within a specific geographical region to align with company goals

Manage daily operations including network installation, maintenance, and repair to meet KPIs

Serve as the main point of contact for regional clients and manage the regional budget

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and extensive experience in field operations management

Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus
