We're seeking a Project Architect - a licensed creative thinker and doer - to join our team. If you're technically skilled with a strong foundation in Revit, fluent in building systems, and passionate about delivering high-quality construction documents, this role is for you. What you will do : Participate in forming a high-performing team alongside the Project Manager, following established processes. Lead design solutions, coordination, and production efforts across all project phases in an iterative, collaborative process aligned with project success metrics. Facilitate effective collaboration and manage expectations through clear communication between clients and internal teams. Encourage regenerative approaches to design and environmental performance. Support team development by motivating and thoughtfully assigning tasks to team members. Coordinate with consultants and contractors for optimal design outcomes. Identify potential risks during the project and communicate concerns appropriately. Participate in construction administration, site observations, and verifications. Assist in project pursuits by preparing and reviewing proposal content and participating in interviews. Proficiently use Revit / BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite; engage with Rhino, Enscape, Lumion. Lead code reviews and resolve special code conditions. Oversee all technical aspects, supporting design and project success metrics. Maintain control over technical submissions, signing and sealing documents as required. Ensure a complete, high-quality set of architectural documents that meet contract requirements. What we look for : Bachelor's and / or master's degree in architecture. 10+ years of industry experience. Proficiency in Revit and Office 365; skills in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Rhino, Lumion are a plus. Deep knowledge of major building systems and detailing. Experience defining and organizing technical deliveries. Ability to delegate tasks effectively. Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate closely with project designers and managers. Mentoring skills for less experienced staff. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and responsibilities.
