Estimating Associate

We are currently seeking an Estimating Associate to join our team. Responsibilities

• Identify the scope of the project and the resources required to complete the job.
• Perform property measurements to determine completion time, labor time, and billing.
• Enter data accurately into computer landscaping software programs to prepare detailed landscape estimates.
• Assist in completing work proposals and bid forms.
• Contact customers and / or vendors for additional information as needed.
• Schedule site visits as required. Meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Update bid documents and maintain office documents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
