Speech Language Pathologist

Overview

A compassionate healthcare organization in Ilion, NY is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP / CFY) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. New graduates and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate residents' speech and language needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Create activities to improve residents' independence in daily living

Track resident progress, adjust treatments as needed, and maintain detailed records

Assist residents recovering from illness, injury, or other conditions

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Protect resident confidentiality and maintain trust

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Required

Master's degree in Speech Therapy

Current New York State Speech Language Pathologist license

Preferred

Experience in clinical settings (new graduates / CFYs welcome)

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate : $45 $52 per hour ($85,000 $105,000 annually)
