Duration : 3+ months with possible extension

Location : Yonkers, NY

Pay Range : $90 - $100 per hour on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst with Epic Beacon certification and a deep understanding of clinical workflows, especially in oncology, to lead and support Beacon module upgrades. The role encompasses managing upgrade lifecycle phases, such as system build, testing, validation, and go-live support, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and clinical requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid technical acumen, analytical prowess, and hands-on experience to drive efficiency and innovation in our clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate Beacon upgrade projects, ensuring they meet enterprise and clinical benchmarks.

Perform system builds, conduct robust testing phases (unit, integrated, UAT), and manage change orders compliant with change management protocols.

Provide immediate support during go-live, monitor post-upgrade system performance, and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.

Collaborate across functions with other Epic module analysts and stakeholders to ensure integrated workflows and meet operational needs.

Document all related activities and outcomes in accordance with organizational documentation standards.

Must-Have Skills :

Current Epic Beacon certification

Strong grasp of upgrade workflows, system validation, and change control processes

Proven expertise in Beacon build and clinical workflows

Required Domain Experience :

Previous experience in clinical oncology, pharmacy, or healthcare IT is highly desirable, enhancing the capacity to address the specific needs associated with oncology treatment plans and regimens.
