      Are you passionate about recovery, leadership, and making a meaningful impact? Join the world-renowned team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Peer Recovery Coach Supervisor (PRC-S) and help transform the future of care for individuals living with substance use disorders (SUDs).

      As the PRC-S, you'll lead a dedicated team of Peer Recovery Coaches, empowering them to support patients throughout their recovery journey. You'll manage daily operations, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of hope, resilience, and growth-both for patients and staff.

      What You'll Do :

      Supervise and mentor a team of Peer Recovery Coaches (PRCs)

      Oversee scheduling, documentation, and performance evaluations

      Support professional development, certification, and education pathways for PRCs

      Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and community partners

      Lead quality improvement projects to enhance program outcomes and sustainability

      Promote recovery-focused, patient-centered care throughout the hospital

      What You Bring :

      Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

      MABPCB certification (Maryland Addiction and Behavioral Health Professional Certification Board)

      3+ years of supervisory or management experience

      Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

      Knowledge of substance use treatment systems and community resources

      Passion for recovery, equity, and patient empowerment

      Salary Range : Minimum $24.92 / hour - Maximum $43.63 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

      In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
