Job descriptionStrong background in Wireless Communications / Telecom Systems . Proficiency in Java , Python , and AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with O-RAN , RIC platforms , and network optimization . Knowledge of databases , data analytics , and cloud-native environments . Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science , or related field. Familiarity with 3GPP / O-RAN Alliance standards and open-source RIC frameworks . Experience with 5G / 6G , edge computing , or network automation .
Role : Wireless Research Engineer – Telecom
Duration : 12 Months
Location : Bedminster, NJ
Mode of Work : Onsite for 5 days.
Responsibilities :
- Research and develop intelligent solutions for O-RAN and RIC platforms (RT / NRT).
- Build and optimize AI / ML models for RAN performance and automation.
- Develop and integrate xApps / rApps using Java and Python .
- Manage and analyze telecom data using SQL / NoSQL databases .
- Collaborate on system simulations, modeling, and prototype testing.
