CAD Drafter – Civil / Site Development

Role : CAD Drafter – Civil / Site Development Location : Concord, NH Duration : Direct-Hire Salary : $40,000 - $80,000, depending on experience Shape Real Projects. Elevate Your Drafting Career. We’re seeking an experienced CAD Drafter with strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and / or Carlson software to support a wide range of civil engineering and land development projects. In this position, you’ll draft and assemble complete plan sets with minimal supervision and play an essential role in transforming concepts into fully developed, buildable designs. What You’ll Do Draft high-quality site plans, subdivision plans, boundary plans, and roadway construction plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and / or Carlson. Assemble complete plan sets—site plans, subdivisions, roadway sheets, utility layouts—with minimal instruction. Build surfaces, design grading, and produce profiles, alignments, and corridor elements. Support engineers and project managers with clear, accurate drawings that meet project specifications and deadlines. Incorporate boundary information, easements, and condominium details into drafting deliverables. Assist with civil site development tasks including grading, drainage, underground utilities, and general site layout. What You Bring Solid experience in civil engineering, land development, or land surveying drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and / or Carlson—especially : Surface creation and editing. Subdivision plan drafting. Road alignments and corridors (a plus). Boundary / easement / condominium plan development. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills.
