Job Description

Gastroenterologist to join a thriving private practice in North Carolina, with a strong emphasis on outpatient endoscopy in a dedicated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

Practice Highlights :

State-of-the-art outpatient ASC with four procedure rooms, Olympus scopes, and Provision EMR.
High-volume endoscopy : Lead physician performs ~3,500 procedures annually, scoping 5 days / week (8 : 30 AM–1 : 00 PM, avg. 15 / day).
Efficient clinic model : Lead physician handles higher-acuity patients 2 afternoons / week; NPs manage routine visits.

Role Focus :

Primarily outpatient endoscopy and GI services.

No required hospital call (optional : 4-5 nights / month).

Compensation & Growth :

Earning potential exceeding $700-750k+ annually.

Base plus bonuses

Partnership track after 2 years
