Operations Chief of Staff

A company is looking for a VP, Operations & Chief of Staff. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the CEO and senior leaders to establish and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals Drive operational excellence through leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and business reviews Serve as a connector across departments to remove roadblocks and ensure alignment on priorities Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership roles Proven success managing strategic planning for organizations of 300+ employees Experience in corporate transactions such as acquisitions or fundraising Strong analytical skills with experience in business case development and performance benchmarking Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
