In this role, you'll help process and inspect small, intricate parts that play a critical role in the final product. Hours : Monday-Friday, full-time (first shift)

Pay : $18 / hr

Type : Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Set up and for cutting, forming, grinding, and assembling small precision components.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections using microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Track and verify part quantities through each stage of production.
• Maintain organized workstations and ensure tools and fixtures are in top condition.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Material Control teams to resolve issues and ensure production goals are met.
