Promote adoption and awareness of emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and workflows. Provide direct operator assistance with manufacturing equipment and process execution. Train production personnel in new and existing procedures, incorporating evolving best practices. Answer technical and process-related questions from operators to support daily operations. Troubleshoot issues involving product design, materials, or production processes. Investigate and resolve operational inefficiencies and workflow disruptions. Apply continuous improvement strategies such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S to optimize quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Perform root cause analysis and recommend design, tolerance, or process adjustments using statistical methods. Design and execute tests to evaluate process capabilities and validate production standards. Support development and integration of AI-generated workflows where applicable. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
