Required 2 years healthcare supervisory experience. Preferred Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Strong leadership, training and organizational skills. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff within the organization and community. Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Day Shift role. Monday - Friday 8-5. You will work at the N. Bell School Rd. Medical Center in Rockford.
Additional components of compensation may include :
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay
