Position Profile
Weaver is looking for talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager or Director level to join our growing firm. We serve a variety of tax-exempt and non-profit clients in healthcare, education, community outreach and other sectors. Our clients range from large national organizations to smaller local entities.
A Tax Senior Manager or Director works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to federal tax compliance, planning and consulting engagements for not-for-profit clients
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Mentor and develop staff
Qualifications
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated compensation range : $141,000 to $290,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location. We offer competitive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, life), a 401(k) plan, flexible time off, sick and safe leave, holidays, and recharge days. We also provide in-house CPE and learning opportunities through our Learning & Development department.
