Associate Project Lead

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Project Lead to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and revise project plans to meet changing needs and requirements

Manage implementation goals and monitor customer issues for timely resolution

Mentor employees and facilitate special committees between divisions / departments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of Customer Service experience

Ability to conduct intermediate troubleshooting for product installation

Proficient with Microsoft Office

PMP Certification and insurance industry knowledge are a plus
