Position Summary
The Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) provides quality patient care through the application of the nursing process within a Relationship-Based Care framework. This role fosters strong patient and family relationships, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and demonstrates self-care and compassion to enhance patient outcomes.

Attend department meetings and complete mandatory education on time.Maintain licensure and required certifications, including BCLS (CPR).Comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.Active RN license in the state of Indiana.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in nursing care procedures, interdisciplinary planning, and patient education.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Leadership and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.Competency in age-appropriate care and cultural sensitivity.Basic computer proficiency.Working Conditions
Patient care environment with physical exertion and exposure to biohazards.Must be able to respond to on-call duties within 30 minutes.Physical Demands
