Job Description:
We are seeking a LPN to provide PRN assistance for our clinics. This is to provide Methadone dosing and related services. Experience in administering schedule II Narcotics is preferred. Porch Light Health is a local leader in outpatient treatment of Opioid Use Disorders and other addictive disorders. Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: PRN
Clinic Hours are daily from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM M-F and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday
Work Location:In person, out-patient clinic Lakewood
