Solar Panel Installer / Solar Helper – $18–$20 / hr – DOE

We are currently hiring Solar Installers with 2+ years of experience installing solar panel systems in a commercial or residential environment . Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Newark area .

Solar Installer Duties :

• Assemble, install, and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted structures
• Measure, cut, and mount rails, modules, and racking systems according to layout plans
• Connect panels to inverters and perform basic electrical terminations under supervision
• Load, transport, and set up materials, tools, and equipment for each job site
• Assist electricians with wiring, conduit runs, and system testing
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements on active job sites
