Job Posting : Accounts Payable Clerk (Direct Hire)

Location : Fontana, CA

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire, 100% On-Site

Pay : $26-$28 an hour

Are you an experienced  Accounts Payable Clerk  looking to join a stable and supportive team? I’m currently partnering with a well-established, family-owned company in the HVAC industry that is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable AP professional to join their growing department.

What You’ll Do

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, receipt, and invoice)

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate and organized AP records

Assist with month-end closing processes

Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries

Support onboarding and compliance processes

What You Bring

Prior experience in Accounts Payable

Strong understanding of 3-way matching

Familiarity with accounting software (Eclipse experience is a plus, but not required)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Valid identification documents for onboarding
