This is a .9FTE working 3 12-hour shifts a week. Hours are 0645-1915. Weekends and holidays may be included in this schedule. Base Hourly ROP is $55.73-77.08 DOE. All applicable differentials are paid in addition to this wage.

Job Summary :

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements :

Education and Work Experience :

• BSN : Preferred
• 9 months experience working as a licensed RN, or successful completion of the Adventist Health RN residency program required.
• Previous experience working as a M / S RN in an acute care setting preferred.
