Construction Manager (San Diego)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to create and implement new power designs for small cells in San Diego.
• Manage construction schedules, resolve field issues, and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Prepare purchase orders and process contractor invoices for power and small cell projects.
• Assist with project financials, including forecasting and resolving past due invoices.
• Develop progress reports, track project milestones, and communicate updates to management.
• Collaborate with vendors on construction timelines, safety, and billing.
