A company is looking for a Penetration Tester. Key Responsibilities Lead penetration tests and security assessments professionally Develop incident response plans and conduct tabletop exercises Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels Required Qualifications Industry-recognized certification (e.g., OSCP, GPEN, CEH) and a degree in cybersecurity or related field, or extensive experience 2+ years of experience in delivering offensive security services Knowledge of network and web application penetration testing methods Experience in risk treatment and corrective action plans Ability to lead incident response engagements and coach colleagues in various sub-disciplines
