Facilities & Maintenance Technician III

Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a full-time Facilities & Maintenance Technician III to join our team. This role requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs. Under general supervision the technician will perform basic maintenance / repair tasks and Preventive Maintenance across multiple systems including electrical pneumatic hydraulic motor controls plumbing welding and general facilities upkeep.

Equipment serviced includes CNC machines CO₂ lasers paint systems pumps compressors welders hoists HVAC systems and factory utilities (gas water air). Responsibilities include preventive maintenance basic troubleshooting repairs and installations

Essential Functions :

• Adhere to safety standards while operating tools and equipment.
• Complete work orders efficiently and with high-quality results.
• Maintain effective working relationships with team members contractors and vendors.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to exchange relevant information.
• Adapt to changing schedules and priorities; respond promptly to emergencies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED

Frequent standing walking bending lifting (up to 35 lbs) and repetitive motions.
