Job Requirements :

No previous nursing or medical experience required.

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Strong communication skills are essential.

Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35 lbs.

Must successfully pass the MN Background Check.

Position Overview :

Provide hands-on personal care to residents.

Assist with tasks delegated by nursing staff, such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.

Enhance residents' quality of life through effective communication and support in daily activities and beyond.

Comprehensive Training & CNA Certification :

Participate in a 75-hour CNA training program.

Training format is hybrid, combining online learning and in-person sessions.

Training is paid, ensuring you are compensated as you learn.
