Job descriptionEmployment within a community practice model by Physicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. An opportunity for an academic appointment, allowing professional growth and involvement in education. Hospital privileges at a 974-bed tertiary referral center, providing exposure to diverse and complex cases. Integration into a dynamic and growing 9-hospital physician-led private not-for-profit healthcare system, emphasizing comprehensive patient care. 100% inpatient clinical responsibilities, involving consults and inpatient procedures, contributing to a varied and intellectually stimulating role. A structured Monday-Friday one week on, one week off schedule, promoting work-life balance. Occasional weekend coverage, enhancing the scope of experience and contributing to a well-rounded practice. State-of-the-art newly renovated inpatient GI lab with 3 interventional rooms and 20 pre and post-procedure bays, ensuring a conducive and modern working environment. The opportunity to teach and be supported by the Gastroenterology fellowship program, including 6 fellows and residents, fostering mentorship and knowledge exchange. Fellows take first call, distributing responsibilities and allowing for a collaborative approach to patient care.
