Role Overview

Assist in the development of corporate and client information systems solutions through the review; design, implementation and support of software solutions and its related

support structures and systems, including but not limited to an internal development team

and relevant third-party resources.

Role Responsibilities

• Design software solutions by studying information needs; confer with shareholders, business managers and end-users; study systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigate problem areas; follow the software development lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Design, implement, and enforce solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Ensure industry standards regarding client and business data handling.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities

The pay range for this role is :

60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Tampa Office)

60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Miami HQ Office)

60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Jacksonville Office)

60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Remote (Florida, US))
