Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential support in a high school setting located in Gilroy, CA. This role is focused on delivering behavior analysis services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to students requiring specialized support.

Qualifications :

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, particularly those with special needs.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively.
• Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
